Doutor is the name of a popular cafe chain in Japan. This home version of their blend coffee is made with Brazilian and Columbian coffee beans that have been directly fire roasted. To make a cup of coffee, tear off the top of the bag along the perforated lines and open it. Fold out the holders on the side of the bag and set them securely on the rim of a coffee mug. Pour in 180ml of hot water into the bag a little bit at a time. You can adjust the taste by using more or less water.
