Flat rate $12 will be applied for all orders with standard delivery in Australia (WA excluded).
Flat rate $15 will be applied for all orders in West Australia.
FREE on orders $149 or over (WA excluded). National delivery within 3-7 business days. Delivery times via Australia Post or TNT to Western Australia, and regional and remote locations in Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania may still be a little longer than usual.
Flat rate $25 will be applied for all orders with express delivery in Australia (WA excluded). Flat rate $30 will be applied for all orders in West Australia region. Order by 2pm AEST Monday-Friday for next business day delivery in National Metropolitan areas. Regional areas may take longer
Can I get a refund since my order hasn’t arrived?
You are only eligible for refund if the parcel has been returned to our office, at which time Merry Seasons will contact you regarding the amount refundable for that order in that situation.
We will provide you with a tracking link upon sending out your order. You can use your tracking number to check the shipment status and confirm where about of your parcel on our courier partner’s website. One of the most common reason for lost packages is due to wrong shipping address. When you fill in your address, please double check to make sure that it is correct.
