HOW TO USE:
(1) Peel along the perforation
(2) Fold back and remove the outer cap
(3) Turn counterclockwise
(4) Place on a flat surface and slowly pull up
(5) Close the outer cap tightly
Usage period: Lasts for approximately 1.5 to 3 months.
