• Minimum Order Value: AUD $0 (inclusive of GST).

• Shipping Availability: Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Local Pick Up

There will be NO delivery fee applied to all orders with local pick up.

Please collect your order during business hours of the branch you choose.

Standard Delivery

• Standard Delivery: Flat rate of $12 for all orders within Australia (excluding Western Australia).

• Western Australia: Flat rate of $15 for all orders.

• Free Standard Delivery on orders $149 or more (excluding Western Australia).

Estimated Delivery Time:
3–7 business days via Australia Post or TNT.
Please note: Deliveries to Western Australia, as well as regional and remote areas of the Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania, may experience longer transit times than usual.

Express Delivery 

• Flat Rate Shipping:

  • $25 for all express delivery orders (excluding WA)

  • $30 flat rate for express delivery to Western Australia

• Order Cut-Off Time:
  Place your order by 2PM AEST, Monday to Friday for next business day delivery in most metropolitan areas across Australia.

• Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take longer than the next business day.

Can I get a refund since my order hasn’t arrived?

You will only be eligible for a refund if the parcel is returned to our office. Once we receive the returned parcel, Merry Seasons will contact you regarding the refundable amount for that order, based on the specific situation.

A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status and location of your parcel via our courier partner’s website.

Please note, one of the most common reasons for lost parcels is an incorrect shipping address. When placing your order, double-check that your address is accurate and complete.
