A revamp of Clio's best selling Waterproof Pen Liner; this eyeliner offers an easy to use, waterproof and long-lasting formula.
- Its densely woven tip ensures seamless and accurate lines even after prolonged use.
- The formula adheres quickly to the eye with minimal smudge and is resistant to water.
The highly pigmented pen liner is available in 4 different colours: Black, Brown, Cacao Brown and Maroon Brown.

HOW TO USE
Before usage, point the brush tip downward and shake it a few times. Apply from the outer corner of the eye and draw the line according to your preference.
Store the product with the brush tip facing down to extend the usage and ensure the lid is securely tight.

Standard Delivery
Flat rate $12 will be applied for all orders with standard delivery in Australia (WA excluded). Flat rate $15 will be applied for all orders in West Australia. FREE on orders $149 or over (WA excluded). National delivery within 3-7 business days. Delivery times via Australia Post or TNT to Western Australia, and regional and remote locations in Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania may still be a little longer than usual.
