Waterproof & smudge proof type that is resistant to water, tears, sweat and sebum. In addition, the short side of the "special type double comb" lifts the eyelashes and the long side cleanly separates the eyelashes. Firmly catches and curls up any downward or short eyelashes.

If you apply your mascara on top of it, the curls that were about to fall will be restored! Blocks mascara fibers from falling off and bleeding around the eyes!
