Product description
- An eyebrow pencil that keeps the delicately drawn eyebrows as they are. The oil-in formula is resistant to sweat and water, and has a finish that does not easily bleed. Uses an oval core that is easy to draw for each part. If you use a wide part of the surface, you can make it thick and wide, and if you use a part with sharp corners.
