A hydrating, balancing toner with an innovative dual-layer formula that helps intensely moisturize while balancing sebum for skin that's glowy, not greasy.
Inspired by the Joseon-era practice of beautifying skin with rice water, this toner is infused with nutrient-rich rice extract and rice amino acids for long-lasting hydration. Leaves skin dewy, soft, and fresh.
HOW TO USE
Pour a few drops on your palms after cleansing and gently press the toner onto the face for absorption.
Alternatively, soak a cotton pad and gently wipe over skin from the center outward
