HOW TO USE
1. Open the packaging bag of the heat patch and take out the heat patch.
2. Stick the adhesive side of the heat patch facing the clothing, and apply it to the area that needs warmth, such as the abdomen or waist.
3. Gently press the heat patch to ensure it adheres closely to the clothing.
4. Enjoy the continuous warmth brought by the heat patch, relieving menstrual discomfort.
5. After use, remove the heat patch from the clothing and dispose of it properly.
