HOW TO USE
1. Remove the product from the transparent bag and place the flower-patterned side down in the center of the microwave. (Wipe off any dirt from the area you will be placing it on.) Make sure the beans are evenly distributed before placing it on the microwave. 2. Heat according to the indicated heating time. Do not heat at an output of more than 600W. *Do not leave the microwave unattended while heating. Heating time 500W 60 seconds 600W 50 seconds 3. Select the side you want to use according to how painful it is, and place it on your stomach over a T-shirt or underwear. Use for approximately 20 minutes. The recommended position is the heart-shaped depression below your belly button! *Do not heat with anything other than the microwave function. *Do not automatically heat. *Do not heat for longer than the specified time. *Do not use in commercial microwave ovens. |
