Directions:
4 tablets a day (2 tablets after breakfast & dinner) w/ cold or warm water.

Over 15 yrs: 2 tablets twice a day in morning and evening
7-15 yrs: 1 tablets twice a day in morning and evening
Under 7 yrs: Don't take this product
