DESCRIPTION
An innovative, dual-ended eyebrow powder pencil. Long-lasting formula resistant to sweat, sebum & rubbing. Contains panthenol & amino acid treatment ingredients for nourishment. Ultra-flat oval pencil tip allows both fine & thick drawing with ease of control. Spiral eyebrow brush helps comb the eyebrow flow before makeup & modifies color after makeup.
HOW TO USE
Extend the core by about 2 mm and draw each eyebrow hair one by one.
・Gently blend and blend with the brush along the flow of the hair.
・We recommend using it in combination with the "Heavy Rotation Coloring Eyebrow (sold separately)" of the same color number.
・If using in combination with other eyebrow items such as powder or eyebrow mascara, use in the order of "this product → powder → eyebrow mascara".
