HOW TO USE

1. Remove the product from the transparent bag and place the flower-patterned side down in the center of the microwave. (Wipe off any dirt from the area you will be placing it on.) Make sure the beans are evenly distributed before placing it on the microwave. 2. Heat according to the indicated heating time. Do not heat at an output of more than 600W. *Do not leave the microwave unattended while heating. Heating time 500W 60 seconds 600W 50 seconds 3. Select the side you want to use according to how painful it is, and place it on your stomach over a T-shirt or underwear. Use for approximately 20 minutes.
